With new technology and innovative research, smart design and sustainable materials, X Shore embraces the long tradition of maritime craftsmanship while discarding the dirty institution of fossil fuels.
X Shore chose to build their boats with sustainable materials with the aim of keeping them out of landfills. They also chose to go with a 100% electric and silent motor to keep carbon emissions, oil, gas and noise pollution to a minimum. Their boats are built with cork instead of teak, and recycled plastics, as well as optional Flax fiber instead of fiberglass and carbon fiber, to support a cleaner environment.
